Heritage Flowers Ocala

I hired Heritage Flowers to handle my wedding flowers. They were very cooperative and the flowers were designed beautifully! There were many different types of flowers included in both the arrangements and the bouquets. Very nice design - I really liked the design of both the table arrangements and the bouquets. They also prepared floral arrangements on a large round arch and smaller round cake hoop that matched the design of the arrangements and bouquets. They were very beautiful! My only negative observation was that the bride’s bouquet was only differentiated by including a few orchids in the bridal bouquet and small green buttons in the bridesmaids bouquets. When I first saw the box of bouquets it wasn’t obvious to me which one was the brides because they looked so similar. The price was vastly more for the bridal bouquet though. Overall, I was very happy with everything and the flowers were beautiful.

My boyfriend sent me flowers (to a restaurant) that were the most beautiful flower arrangement! I have never had flowers that big in size or so exotic! There were poppies, roses, a pin cushion?, things called kangaroo feet, snap dragons, hydrangeas, among others I had to look up because I had no idea what they were. My favorite was the pin cushion. I absolutely loved them!!

UDATE: On 12/7 The company contacted us and apologize for the flowers and offered a new one to be sent. They were much better and I'm happy that I was still able to make my Grandma happy. Included a photo of new arrangement. BUYER BEWARE!! My Aunt from another state ordered flowers for my grandmother's 88th birthday on Dec. 3rd 2021 and when they were delivered the flowers were not at all fresh or did it look like the one they show on thier website. My Aunt called and the woman she spoke with she asked for some pictures as you can see in photos my message from my aunt with number to send pics too and a screen shot of the photos sent to that number. Also added pictures of how they look today 3 days later and it looks like it's ready for trash. I feel when spending that kind of money on flowers should be fresh and last at least 7days. So no one ever contacted either myself or my Aunt about this situation after they asked for pictures.This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Never ever again and I will be sharing my reviews on more than one platform. This business does not care about the people putting money in thier pockets. Ruined my 88 year old grandma's birthday she was upset that my aunt paid all this money for half dead flowers. Thanks so much Heritage job well done!

Amazing service, very impressed! I will continue to order from this floral shop. We live in NJ, our mother lives in Ocala, FL. We called to order an arrangement for mothers day, we spoke to Melissa. She was so kind, sweet and helpful. She even went the extra mile to send us photos of the baskets they had available and customized our order. She saved the day and made it so easy and seamless.
